HAPPY BIRTHDAY "SHOE" YOU KAITLYN

Looking back on Kaitlyn's past year one common theme comes to mind. Shoes!! She is a tad bit obsessed with shoes and everything about them. She has been known to eye other little kid's' and adults shoes and you can see her thinking, "how am I going to get those shoes off of her feet and on to mine". On more that one occasion we have gone to pick her up from nursery, only to find the nursery leader barefoot, and Kaitlyn sporting some new high heel shoes. It is hard to tell but this birthday's cake was two pink high heel shoes. We don't want to go into too much detail, but let's just say one year there was a potty cake. To date that is still my favorite. Jenni is amazing and seems to think that there needs to be a full on theme for every child's birthday with a cake to match.

She might only be two, but Kaitlyn understands that if you are going to wear sandals it is important to have "pretty toes". As a present from Jenni's mom Kaitlyn had her toes done and lets just say, no two year old should enjoy getting their toes done as much as this little girl does.

Abbi having fun at her sister's party, knowing that she will be getting some sweet hand me down toys.

Below are some of the gifts that she received. Baby toys, dress ups, and pajamas. What more does a girl need? Jimmy was excited to see that she also did receive a tennis racquet. Somehow that picture did not make the cut.

Cute girls!!

So darling! All that pink and fluffy stuff is a bit overwhelming for me! Funny I also have a 2 year old who wears my high heels and his father does not think it cute or amusing!

Cute girls. I can't believe the shoe story. She takes her nursery leaders - that's so funny.
