Here she is after a little Hiccup along the way. She is home! So beautiful, so fun, we love her so much we can't put her down - not even to brag I mean blog about her... okay well my friends gave me a sling so I am actually holding her and blogging - but it took me this long to figure out I could do both:)

Hailee was born at 12:14 AM Sunday Feb. 6Th. She came a bit early. I was a little over 37 weeks and had been contracting for weeks. I was scheduled to be induced on 2.11.2011 but Hailee had her own plans. I went into labor on my own (I think my body & mind :( had just had it being pregnant for so long). She was a welcomed sight - looked great off the bat and melted my heart as she was layed on my stomach and immediately grabbed my finger so tight - to feel life in her - ahhhhh the best!!!

She weighed in at 6 lbs 15 oz. 21 inches long - our smallest yet but soon to prove she was strong.

We kept her with us for about 3 hours then they took her to the nursery to do her vitals/bath etc. While she was there they noticed her oxygen levels were not quite where they should be and took her down to the NICU where her chest was x-rayed and found to have symptoms consist ant with pneumonia - or possibly underdeveloped lungs. So she went from looking like this...

One of the saddest parts of Hailee beinging the NICU was not being able to have our kids see her and hold her, while visiting with her my dad noticed the window in Hailee's room, he asked the nurse where the stairs leading to it were located. She told him and and they arranged for the kids to come to the window and we held Hailee up. Hailee's nurse Tiffany was so awesome - she spent lots of time unhooking and untangeling tubes, machines and chords to get Hailee right up to the window so her siblings could see their long awaited baby. They were so cute - that image of their faces looking in will ever be eched in my memory. Come to find out that is the only window in the entire NICU where you can get to look in. We know that was a blessing from Heaven.

Here are somethings we did to include the kids. We had them each pick out a book we would take to the hospital and read to Hailee. They were always anxious to see how she like them.

Here is some art work/ Valentines the kids made for her - as well as cute art from her awesome nurses. The greatest part of being in the NICU (if you can even imagine there is a great part....) was to get to know the amazing nurses. I have such a better appreciation for what they do (Emily and Jenn you are more amazing then I ever knew). So to Tiffany, Amy, Colette, Whitney, Shamar, Tia and Cindy and many many more We love you so much!!! Thanks for loving our Hailee. It was bitter sweet leaving for me, I wish I could have brought them all home with us!!!

A special Valentine - We got to bring her home on valentines day - a day we will never forget. It felt so great leaving the hospital all together and bringing her home!

Home just in time for our traditional 1st Valentine Cupid Photo Shoot! Sure glad she didn't have any tubes.... she was our smallest/youngest cupid yet. Can't help but think of what Nathan cupid would have looked like this day (it would have been his 1st valentines also) he would have definantly been the biggeset!

We were all sure struck with her arrows this day and for the rest of them to come.

We doubled our "tutu"er's this year. So much fun. I'm sure we'll have more takers next year. I was reading last year's 2.2. day post and realized I was "too too" pregnant again this year. Looking forward to next year 2.2. day - pretty sure that I might just might even be able to sport a tutu myself - lets hope so....

We had a fun day with coloring tutu's, dancing in our tutu's and of course eating tutu's.

Brilliant FHE - If I do say so myself

I don't know where this idea came from, but I think every pregnant mom should try this with their families. For family night on Jan. 24th I had each family member stuff a basketball under their shirts. Then I asked them to do jobs around the house. The girls were asked to put the clothes from the washer into the dryer, Cam had to clean the bathroom floor and put Abbi's shoes on, Kaitlyn had to lay in my bed and then when prompted by Cam come "tuck him into bed", Jimmy even had the joy of taking Kate to the bathroom and then putting her in her p.j's while trying not to trip over Abbi. It was priceless. There were lots of moans and asking to remove the balls from their shirts. Jimmy told them they could when I could and they looked a bit scared. All in all I think the point got acrossed and I have received much more willing help lately. When I ask them to do jobs now they ask if they have to do it with the ball and when I say no, they are so happy they do the job without complaining. Bytheway - I think Kaitlyn might need to adopt in the future - she couldn't quite cut it....

As a New Year's Resolution we have made it a point to catch up on our blog - more for our families records, but also for any friends and family that haven't given up on us. THANKS SANTA!!! Wow. Santa comes through once again. He must have had help from our new friend ELLFFEE - The elf on the shelf we received from the North Pole early in Dec. (highly recommended by the way). The girls got their "girl barbies" and a barbie house and Cam got his Jazz shirt and his wii wishes - along with lots of other things from Mom, Dad, Grandpa and Grandma's. Thanks for all the goods! Sure missed leaving a pile of gifts for Nathan :( but felt very blessed through out the year as we felt the love of the Lord.

NOVEMBER

Victory! We had a great start to our November with my dad winning his "sign race" as Kate called it. It was fun to be involved as a family and see all the support from so many friends. We know he'll do a great job in his new job. Then there was the annual Turkey Bowling on Thanksgiving. Oh what fun!

Kaitlyn turns 4! She has been loving Belle until about a week before her birthday and then decided she liked Ariel better, but too late I had already been studying up on Beauty and the Beast and lucky for me she loved her cake and gifts from everyone. Something else exciting that happened this month was Jimmy had the opportunity through Zions, to play basketball at the Energy Solutions Arena. Not only did he get to play ball there but Jerry Sloan was his team's coach. It was pretty awesome - he played well and his team won each game and was given a trophy at the end. He enjoyed being on the court, meeting all the coaches and visiting the locker rooms. However, I think the biggest excitement was sharing it with Cam. Those sports fans later went on to attend a BYU game with Cam's cousin Brock and Jimmy's Mom. They had a great time and were able to cheer them on to a victory.

HALLOWEEN FUN. Last year we didn't do themed costumes for Grandma Heidi's - I mean Mrs. Potato Head's party and decided it was more fun when we did. So this year after reading lots of Bernstein Bear books we went as Papa, Momma, Brother, Sister and Honey Bear. Of course the kids got to be what they really wanted on Halloween - they were troopers. Richie and Suzie didn't disappoint this year as they came as characters from Up! Hilarious! For the schools and trick-or-treating we had a Bears Football Player, one of the 12 Dancing Princesses, and a Care Bear. Lots of fun. There was also soccer games and getting ready for the election - even Nathan had a preference....

SEPTEMBER

September....school starts again. Much better luck with first grade for Cam and we all knew Kate would love preschool! The annual Labor Day Olympics at Grandma Heidi's was as fun as always. We even had festive cupcakes for the occasion. More cupcakes were made for our friend Taylor as she turned 7. We love Tay! And proof that our flowers survived the summer yeah!

AUGUST

BEAR LAKE!!!!! We took a fun little weekend to Bear Lake with my fam. We had fun in the sand, on uncle Jeff's boat and on jet ski's - which Cameron loved as long as he got to drive and no one went faster then they would go on their own without pushing the gas - Oh Cam!! We also realized we needed to get out more as I was trying to explain to Cam that he could just go to the bathroom in the water. He went out far enough and then proceeded to pull down his shorts (not necessary) and giving everyone coming back on a boat a real show.

JULY

July was field with lots of fun with breakfast in the canyons for the 4th, sleepover with cousins, swimming, celebrating a friends 30th, a "sleepout" in the backyard (ya I know we really know how to rough it), a photo shoot infront of some sunflowers planted in honor of Nathan, running through the sprinklers in a snow hat? - because the water was cold...?, and discovering mom's point shoes. The most exciting news this month was finding out we are pregnant again! Scary but very Grateful!!!!

JUNE

Abbi turned 2 this month. We celebrated by going to the Zoo with Grandma and Grandpa. Riding the train was a hit and Abbi let us know when she was done by just laying down next to the kangaroo's. She was spoiled with a new bike and playhouse and many other gifts and we enjoyed some "little bug" cupcakes. For Father's Day this year Kaitlyn was set on getting her dad a big cookie she saw at the mall in Mrs. Fields window. I had thought she forgot about it but was wrong as at 8pm Father's Day eve she remembered and we did the best we could to make our own. Not bad? Ended the month with a trip to Lagoon - a first for our kids and for sure not the last. They loved it - especially Kate who went on anything and everything she was tall enough for and loved it all.

MAY

This month brought us a "magic birthday" with Cam turning six on the sixth. Playing at the park again and of course baseball every chance we got. Saying good bye to Kindergarten and Mrs. Harrie by making cute apple cupcakes, and visiting the new headstone of Nathan J on Memorial Day. The words "set in stone" were all the more heart wrenching as it made the passing of our Nathan very real. We were pleased with how it turned out and are happy we have a special place to visit.

APRIL

April was spent doing easter, Spring Break with Grandma & Grandpa at Little America, and a little battle wound playing basketball with the cousins. At least Cam had lost his front tooth the day before or he would have that day. The most fun event though would have had to of been Jimmy's half Marathon. He was a bit worried going into it with a sore I.T. Band, not being able to train as much has he hoped. But none the less finnished strong and faster then predicted. He contributes that to his little angel helping along the way. Cam also ran the kids portion of the race and did a great job as well. We were proud of our little runners. Also, the Easter Bunny made an extra stop this year for our little Nathan. We miss him!

This year's Easter post is much more meaningful, as you can see there are no kids hunting for eggs, eating candy or even having our annual water gun fight in the living room (although all those things did happen). The majority of this year's Easter was spent in reflection and appreciation for the Resurrection and the sacrifice of a Son. We were grateful for General Conference and the added peace we felt as we were able to draw from so many wonderful talks.

On March 6, 2010 we were able to lay our sweet Nathan to rest with Jimmy's dad. This was very special for us and gives us the added assurance that he is truly taken care of. The service was very nice and the spirit was strong as we were joined by family and friends. These beautiful photo's were taken by a great friend who we appreciate so much for allowing us to be in the moment and capturing all the emotions that went on that day.(Thanks Rachelle - these mean more to us than you will ever know.)

Some of you may already know this, but we wanted to share our story of the events of the past week. Our sweet little Nathan J Clark was delivered still born on March 3rd. I was 40 weeks and had heard a strong heartbeat the previous week. On March 2nd I was very emotional and couldn't stop crying. At the time I thought I must just have been tired and ready for my baby to be born. I continued to be worried through the night and the next morning was wondering the last time I had felt my baby move. I was two weeks early with my girls and didn't remember what it felt like to be 40 weeks along and knew my baby was big and did not have much room to move around. As the morning went on I grew more anxious and asked Jimmy to come to my scheduled final doctors appointment. As the doctor laid his fetal heart doppler on my belly, there was no sound. Immediately I knew my fears were a reality and my day was not going to be as planned. He followed with an ultrasound where it was confirmed that indeed the heart was not beating. We were taken down to labor and delivery where I would have to deliver this sweet baby. The labor was slow in comparison to my other three children and time seemed to be moving in slow motion. We were quickly surrounded by family and were shown great love and support from the hospital and nurses. Although we were in shock, we felt a sense of comfort and knew this was the will of our Heavenly Father. We went through many emotions and couldn't believe we were parents of a perfect child who just needed us to provide him with a mortal body so he could return and do the work of our Father in Heaven. The hardest part throughout our day was trying to figure out how to tell our children, especially Cameron. We knew he would understand and be our example of simple faith, and we were right. At 6:00, after one small push, our 8 lb 13 oz. 21 1/2 inch long baby boy was placed in our arms. Although there were many tears, there was a great spirit that filled that room. There was nothing that indicated to the doctor that there was something wrong with our baby. There was no cord entanglement of any kind, the placenta looked healthy, and he looked absolutely perfect. The doctor thinks that Nathan had passed away in the prior 24 36 hours, based on how good he looked. Just about the time I had felt extra emotional the day before. I truly believe I know when his heart stopped. After a brief explanation to Cameron, we brought our kids in and were able to enjoy time together as a family of six. We explained that this baby would not be coming home with us, but instead had gone home to be with our Heavenly Father. Cameron took comfort that he was with Jimmy's Dad and knew he was having fun and being taken care of. We were able to keep Nathan with us for almost 24 hours. At first, we were not sure if we wanted to hold him for that long, but looking back, are grateful for that time. There were some very special, sacred moments that we were able to share together as a couple with our baby that day. Leaving the hospital was one of the hardest things we have ever done. It felt like a piece of our hearts was left there that day. We're grateful for the gospel and the knowledge that we will see our sweet little Nathan again. It brings much more meaning to our anniversary(today) and are grateful for the chance to be sealed in the temple so that he is ours forever. We are thankful to so many of you, for your kindness and prayers. We have truly felt them and have been carried through this experience. How nice it is to have our three wonderful children at home to bring perspective to life. Cameron has reminded us that we are lucky to have had a brother die because now we have an angel to watch over us.

TU TU DAY (2.2.2010) TAKE TWO

Last years "tu tu" day was so fun, I was determined to make this a tradition - so even though I was 35 weeks pregnant and had a very grumpy daughter who must have known it was tu tu day because it was the ONLY day she didn't want to put on a tu tu - we pushed through. Thanks to good friends we had a good time with yummy treats, a fun movie and yes a dance taught by a "too too" pregnant mom. Cam was a good sport while we played with his friends he played with his wii and was a great audience member when we needed to perform.

WE'RE BACK!! We have returned from the dead and have finally come back to the blogging world. While we've been gone A LOT has happened. All three kids have had birthday's. Jenni's brother Josh and Jimmy's sister Heidi both had weddings, which the girls were able to use the same dress for. We took a trip to Montana with Jimmy's family, golf course and tennis court included. Here is more info about the last seven months...

In October we moved into a new house, just east of where were. We love the space, the neighborhood, and the fact that Cameron was able to stay in the same school. We have been looking to move for a while and decided it was the right time when we received a positive pregnancy test in early July. We feel very blessed to have sold and bought a house we love within just a few months in the current housing market and to be adding a new little one to our family. The kids love the new place and Cameron is excited to share his room with his new baby brother, due to arrive in early March.

Jimmy is still working for Zions Bank, in their commercial lending division. This year he has realized he can actually eat and enjoy vegetables. On top of that he has found a love for running and in turn has lost 40 pounds in the past year. He hates to admit this, but he has actually chosen to run 10k’s over a round of golf. He looks great and we are very proud of him.

I on the other hand have been gaining weight. Each pregnancy before now Jimmy had offered to lose a pound for every one I gained and this time he is actually doing. Although, it should be known that he has lost a bit more than I have gained. I really enjoy being a Mom & I am reminded of this at the end of the day when & if my kids are all asleep at the same time. My kids are truly my greatest joy and I feel so lucky to have such a supportive husband that is always there for me. I also enjoy the occasional break away from home to teach my ballet classes twice a week.

Cameron has started kindergarten and loves it once we can shove him out of the car. We have found the best way to get him up is to allow him to read the sports ticker on ESPN to see what the scores were the night before. He is reading really well and enjoys using his brain ALL the time. He is most happy when playing sports, board games, or anything that requires another person. Have you ever played the game Life with a five year old, let alone a five year old that demands to be the banker and can actually count the currency correctly? He is exhausting, but we love him!

Kaitlyn is three and is our little drama queen. For those of you who have seen High School Musical, she is our Sharpay. Her shoe infatuation has not ended, just magnified. I was very excited for a girl and after having 3 brothers and a son. I might have gone a little over board on her…. accessories. Oops!! On any given day of the week you will find her in a dress or skirt, with my high heel shoes on carrying a purse, possibly a microphone, wearing glasses, and any jewelry she can find. Although she is drama, she is my sweetheart. She is always in tune to my feelings and wanting to make me happy.

Abbi is 18 months and just trying to survive being Kaitlyn’s little sisters. She also can be found wearing high heel shoes but not enjoying them so much as just thinking they are required. Luckily she has her brother to show her things such as balls, wii remotes and other things less painful. She is definitely developing her personality and we think she is going to be quite the tease.

We feel very grateful this time of year and always for the blessing of wonderful family and friends. We hope this letter finds you all well. We are also continually grateful for our Savior and a loving Heavenly Father who is mindful of us always. We hope you all feel of Their love this season. Merry Christmas!

EASTER FUN!!

Easter morning started early for us this year. Cameron could not wait to see if the Easter Bunny had come to our house. Everyone's basket was filled with too much again this year, including the family tradition of loaded water guns. The kids have not quite realized how important it is to find their easter baskets quickly to avoid getting doused. The parents maybe understand this too well and look forward to soaking the kids. The bunny knows the kids well and treated them each with something special. We also had the annual Clark easter egg hunt at Jimmy's moms house. Every year there are more than enough eggs (200+) for everyone to find, including the adults. Some are hidden so well that we found one from last year's hunt. There was one not found this year, so we look forward to digging that up next year.

She was excited by her first easter, but felt jipped when she only had Cheerios in her eggs.

What? Nail polish to match her entire wardrobe, including her Easter dress, and not to mention a crown to match her personality.

Cameron's new obsession is lacrosse. He happened to catch a game on TV and won't stop talking about it. If you think we are kidding you should ask him about the 7 overtime game between Maryland and Virginia. He will go into way to much detail for a 4 year old.

So, I'm not going to let you get away without a birthday post after your sweet one to me on my birthday. Its your turn to be bragged about! You mentioned something in my post about you lucking out with the better spouse - I beg to differ on that. Not just because you do the laundry, grocery shopping and vacuuming - although that is a huge bonus, but because you love me and love our little ones and because your actions speak just as loud as your words. I am able to write this right now because you are doing what you do & love best - putting Cam to bed and telling him a Dragon Story. This means I still have a while to compose this but just in case you get out of his room early - by some miracle I should close. HAPPY BIRTHDAY you 32 year old - I have to say I don't dread you getting older because you just get better and better with time. THE BEST IS YET TO BE. I love you!

I was excited that February 2nd finally fell on a day that I taught dance. This is Jenni speaking in case you wondered, although Jimmy likes to think he can dance. I told my class they could come in a tu tu instead of their normal tights and leotard. They asked me to bring Kaitlyn in her tu tu. Long story short, the whole day turned into tu tu day and while Cam was at school we had some family friends over for a morning of fun. We can't wait for next February 2nd! Any tu tu's welcome, except for Jimmy.

Rumor has it that is not a bad passe.

This was truly a great Christmas. This time of year is so fun with little kids (including Jimmy) as they get so excited to see what Santa will bring. Cameron had been hoping for a green bike all year and Santa did not disappoint. He is currently training for a family triathlon with Jimmy's sister. You will notice from the pictures that Santa brought Jimmy a bike too but he is unsure as to whether or not he will be participating. Kaitlyn received purple sparkle shoes and a vanity for her "vanity". Good thing there are elves, as purple sparkle shoes may have been hard to find. Abbi is starting to sit up so she received a high chair along with her two front teeth. Once again grandma's were as busy as Santa providing gifts for the kids which was much appreciated.

Every year we go bowling on Thanksgiving. This year was a little bit different with my family being in Hawaii. Jimmy's mom, sister and brother were more than happy to join us and help keep our kids from running down the lane.

As soon as Abbi was born we knew we needed to be the Simpsons for Grandma Heidi's Halloween party. Although Cameron was not that well versed with the show, we thought it would be fun to have him running around saying "Eat my shorts" to everyone he saw, which it was. Last year Kaitlyn was very cooperative when it was time for pictures, but this year she turned two. We never thought that she would not want to accessorize, but again, she turned two (hence the picture of only her costume that she would not wear). All in all good memories were made.

I had to send Jenni to bed because she would not let me write this otherwise. I know she will check this in the morning, but I wanted all of our friends and family to know how much I love her. I tell her this all the time, and for those of you who know both of us you will agree, that I totally lucked out in the spouse department. I definitely married up. Jenni, thank you for saying yes to me all those years ago. I remember early on in our dating that I had the thought, "I think I could marry this girl and spend eternity with her". Not to brag, but I am a brilliant to have found a way to get this done. I joke often with people that if she would have said no, I would probably still be living at home, playing much more golf, and be rich. Needless to say, I am truly happy the way things turned out, maybe minus the golf thing. I have the greatest wife in the world and three amazing kids. Thank you Jenni for taking a chance on me and making me the happiest man alive. I LOVE YOU!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY "SHOE" YOU KAITLYN

Looking back on Kaitlyn's past year one common theme comes to mind. Shoes!! She is a tad bit obsessed with shoes and everything about them. She has been known to eye other little kid's' and adults shoes and you can see her thinking, "how am I going to get those shoes off of her feet and on to mine". On more that one occasion we have gone to pick her up from nursery, only to find the nursery leader barefoot, and Kaitlyn sporting some new high heel shoes. It is hard to tell but this birthday's cake was two pink high heel shoes. We don't want to go into too much detail, but let's just say one year there was a potty cake. To date that is still my favorite. Jenni is amazing and seems to think that there needs to be a full on theme for every child's birthday with a cake to match.

She might only be two, but Kaitlyn understands that if you are going to wear sandals it is important to have "pretty toes". As a present from Jenni's mom Kaitlyn had her toes done and lets just say, no two year old should enjoy getting their toes done as much as this little girl does.

LABOR DAY OLYMPICS 2008

Every year Jimmy's mom has the "Labor Day Olympics". She comes up with fun events we all play in her backyard. They are a combination of amusement park games and made up ones that the kids, and adults, love to play. This year was exciting because of the actual Olympics having just finished up. Cameron thinks that the Labor Day Olympics are held by everyone so he was eager to invite anybody he knew to this annual event. Before you think that these games are just for kids, you don't know the Clark family. This is serious business with more that just gold medals to be won.

The olympics are kicked off with an actual opening ceremony, minus the fireworks and thousands of people. The olympic anthem plays while the kids march and wave to their many fans (parents). Cameron was the torch bearer.

One of the new events this year involved blowing a surf board down a rain gutter full of water. This one was harder than it looked.

This event involved trying to keep flying water balloons out of the bucket. While members of both teams were throwing the balloons these two heavy hitters made it difficult for anyone to score.

Cameron getting his gold medal. Jimmy is still wondering why he did not get one. Maybe next year.

Kaitlyn received a medal too, but was much more interested in the bag of candy that was provided.

Thanks to Jenni's parents we had another fun weekend up at the Homestead. We helped them celebrate 30 years of marriage. Congrats to them and thanks for such a great time.

We have been to this exhibit before and had so much fun that we went back. The exhibit is designed to help the kids know that they are children of God. There are a lot of fun activities for the kids to do and we would recommend it to all. We finished the night by getting ice cream. For those of you that know us you know that we were a little bit cautious with Cameron and him getting dirty. We tried with Kaitlyn to be the same way but gave up on her shortly after birth. Her personality is a little bit more independent.

Almost sisters. These are are our good friends, Jen and her girls Taylor and Jayda.
Jimmy's mom bought a blessing dress for her first grand daughter 14 years ago. Little did she know that the dress would be worn by all twelve of these girls.
Thanks to everyone for supporting us on Abbi's special day. We feel blessed to have such great family and friends. We wish we would have been able to visit more with those we haven't seen in such a long time.

Every year Jimmy's family has breakfast up in the canyons where we enjoy a big breakfast in between trying to keep kids out of the river. Jenni was happy to be there as Abbi's original due date would have meant that she would be "enjoying" hospital food. YUCK!!! We end the day by swimming and enjoying more good food.

The sunbeam class had talks on Father's Day. I wrote a poem for Cameron to recite as a surprise for Jimmy. Well it was supposed to be a surprise, but Cameron has not quite learned how to keep a secret yet. He made it to Tuesday of that week when he told Jimmy before bed that he was NOT giving a talk on Sunday. Jimmy played along all week and it turned out to be quite the Father's day gift for Jimmy. He did cry a little, surprise surprise.

Abbi is getting cuter everyday. We may be biased, but her grandma's say the same thing, (ok, that may be more biased)

This would be an afternoon picture because she is truly sleeping like a baby. The nights are a bit different, as we unfortunately had expected.
Big brother and big sister gifts, aka something for them to hopefully do on their own.
This is attempt one in putting them in the same clothes. You can expect to see a lot more of this as they grow up.
We are still having a hard time realizing that we truly have three kids. As our pediatrician told us "the sooner you go crazy the better." Anybody ready for a fourth.

ABBI IS HERE!!

She is here!!! I had a doctor's appointment Tuesday morning and left feeling slightly bummed that I had not progressed since my last visit. After accepting that the baby would make it to the 26th of June, you can imagine my shock when I realized that I was in labor twelve hours later. Everything went well with the delivery and both baby and mom are doing well. Abbi was born at 5:54 A.M. after a total of three pushes. The baby was 7 lb 8 oz and 21 inches long. We feel very blessed to have three wonderful kids. Cameron has accepted that he has another little sister and loves her so much that he spent part of the afternoon singing her primary and other children's songs. We think Kaitlyn will like her once she slows down enough to realize that she is no longer the baby of the family.

This is a Abbi's cousin Avery, who was born two months ago. Future BFF's.

Cameron attended preschool this year. He went to the same school that Jenni's Mom taught at. He loves seeing his grandma there and had a blast staying busy, (away from Mom) and learned a lot. Here is clip of him in his spring program. If you heard Cameron sing this song early on, it was Bumble damb bee. What is that school teaching! Jenni gets a little teary eyed every Tuesday and Thursday morning because now it is summer.

Every year for Cameron's birthday he comes up with some fantastic idea of what everybody needs to do on that day. This year the entire family was to play baseball, but not in the yard. We needed to go to "real" baseball field for the event. While we were at it we went all in with the cracker jacks, popcorn, hot dogs, and ice cream. Although some family members were missing, the game was close, with Cameron's team coming out on top. He is really in to there being a winner and loser. That would be his Dad's fault. As is the case every year, he was spoiled, with most of it coming from the grandmas.
Every year is a new adventure with what Jenni will come up with for the cake. This year's theme was baseball as you have seen, and with four bases, it fit perfectly. If any one has ideas for five, please let us know because it is never too early to start planning for the next one.

Some did not get the memo about not needing to wear full baseball uniforms in order to participate. You gotta love Jenni's Mom and brother's!!

IT'S A GIRL!!

It's been a while since our last post, but we wanted to let everyone know that we had our ultrasound and it has been confirmed that we are having another girl. We are still in a little bit of shock, but really excited. Upon hearing the news, Jenni informed me that she was so excited to buy matching dresses for every holiday that you can buy a dress for. When Cameron was told about his new baby sister his comment was, "oh, we already have one of those." Kaitlyn has not been told that she may have to share her shoes because we want to avoid a meltdown by our one year old. We have also bit the bullet and purchased a minivan. We can honestly say that we are happy to be driving it and love the fact that we are able to separate the kids. Cameron loves riding in the back seat, and his parents enjoy it too.

After getting Cameron too many presents we learned that it only takes a couple to please a one year old.

There are no store bought cakes here. Many hours went into coming up with the perfect cake for our "Katie Bug"

She enjoyed every last bite and even had room for seconds. She downed both cake and ice cream like she had eaten them all her life
